F&B Service Expert

About the Role

Edition is seeking an F&B Service Expert to join their team in the Red Sea. This full-time role focuses on creating unique and memorable dining experiences for guests, extending beyond basic food and beverage service. The F&B Service Expert takes initiative to provide comprehensive services that enhance the guest's meal.

Key Responsibilities

• Build unique and memorable experiences for guests, in addition to providing food and drinks.
• Take initiative to offer a wide range of services to ensure memorable guest meals.
• Set tables and communicate effectively with the kitchen staff.
• Interact with and serve guests professionally.
• Clean work areas and supplies, ensuring a high standard of hygiene.
• Ensure guests perceive all transactions as an integral part of their overall experience.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, and respect quality standards.
• Maintain a professional appearance, uniform, and communication style.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

This role requires physical activity including standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods. The F&B Service Expert will navigate sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces. Tasks involve managing menus (reading and visually checking information) and handling objects. This includes moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 25 pounds (* kg) without assistance, and up to 50 pounds (* kg) with assistance. The role also requires reaching overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
