A general accountant is required to work in medical laboratories, with at least 3 years of experience in public accounting and financial management. The candidate must hold a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, with proficiency in accounting programs and Excel.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Accurately prepare and record daily entries in accordance with accepted accounting standards.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and ensure account balances are matched for financial accuracy.
- Prepare and analyze monthly and annual financial reports to support decision-making.
- Manage supplier and customer accounts, and follow up on payment and collection processes.
- Prepare budget estimates and monitor actual expenses against approved ones.
- Contribute to the preparation of tax declarations and ensure full compliance with regulations and laws.
- Coordinate with external auditors and prepare all necessary documents and information.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Practical experience in accounting within the medical sector.
- Strong knowledge of tax declaration systems and regulations.
- Experience in establishing financial accounts for new companies and preparing opening reports.
