Your Responsibilities:- Manage the hotel’s front desk, food & beverage, kitchen, housekeeping, security, and fitness center.
- Develop effective relationships with senior management and lead departmental training.
- Conduct inspections and maintain high standards for all areas of the hotel.
- Implement cost control plans and analyze costs to enhance profitability.
- Motivate and supervise team members to achieve key performance targets.
- Facilitate routine operations meetings and ensure compliance with hotel standards.
- Manage the guest experience, ensuring that VIPs receive the attention and service they deserve.
What We Are Looking For:A strong candidate should display leadership, integrity, and a passion for hospitality. Relevant experience of at least 2 years in hotel operations management and proficiency in both English and Chinese are essential.
