We are seeking a creative individual to become part of our dynamic team. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in developing visually appealing marketing materials and enhance our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Property Marketing: Design brochures, flyers, virtual tours, and social media posts to attract buyers.
• Brand Development: Contribute to maintaining our brand guidelines and create marketing collaterals.
• Project Management: Manage multiple design projects, meeting deadlines while staying within budget.
• Technical Skills: Utilize Adobe Creative Suite and potentially video editing software to produce high-quality designs.
• Communication & Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales teams, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive branding.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field (preferred).
• 13 years of graphic design experience, preferably in real estate.
• A strong online portfolio showcasing your design skills is essential.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus.
