Role Summary

The Hotel Cleanliness Expert, also referred to as a Guest Environment Expert, is responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the entire hotel. This full-time position is based in the Red Sea region and focuses on ensuring a unique and memorable experience for guests through meticulous attention to the hotel environment. The role requires individuals to be proactive and responsive to various cleaning and guest service needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of guest rooms and common areas.
• Respond to guest requests promptly and efficiently.
• Restock cleaning carts and ensure necessary supplies are available.
• Perform various cleaning functions to uphold hotel standards.
• Ensure compliance with company guidelines, procedures, and quality standards.
• Adhere to confidentiality protocols and maintain a professional appearance and communication style.
• Perform other reasonable tasks as requested to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth hotel operation.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 0-1 year of experience in a related field.
• Ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods.
• Capability to move, lift, carry, push, and place objects weighing less than 50 pounds without assistance.
• Commitment to ensuring a safe workspace.
