About the Role

The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, *** is seeking a Hotel Cleanliness Expert for a full-time position in the Red Sea region. This role is central to maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the entire hotel, contributing to a unique and memorable guest experience that extends beyond providing a clean room and a freshly made bed.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Environment Experts are skilled in a wide range of housekeeping tasks and are empowered to manage their space effectively. Responsibilities include:

• Responding to guest requests promptly and efficiently.
• Stocking carts with necessary supplies.
• Cleaning guest rooms and public areas to established standards.
• Performing other similar housekeeping duties as required to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

• Performing all assigned tasks perfectly to ensure guest satisfaction and business success.
