The AMAALA Project

The Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay is situated along Saudi Arabia’s northwest coast, within a diverse natural environment. This development marks a new chapter in comprehensive wellness tourism, featuring 220 keys including rooms, suites, and villas with private pools, alongside 26 branded residential villas. All accommodations are designed to offer bay and sea views. The resort will include a luxury spa, an Organic Spa Garden offering extensive therapeutic remedies, and a collaboration with fitness trainer Harley Pasternak for high-performance training within Triple Bay’s natural landscape.

About the Laundry Kitchen Mechanic Role

As a Laundry Kitchen Mechanic, you will be responsible for the maintenance, inspection, and repair of laundry and kitchen equipment. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of hotel facilities, minimizing equipment downtime, and supporting operational excellence. You will contribute to maintaining a safe environment through effective preventive maintenance and timely repairs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive maintenance on laundry and kitchen equipment according to established schedules.
  • Inspect, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, and gas-powered equipment.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and equipment breakdowns.
  • Monitor equipment performance and identify potential issues before they impact operations.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
  • Coordinate with Engineering, Laundry, and Culinary teams to support daily operations.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards.
  • Assist with the installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Laundry Kitchen Mechanic or in a similar maintenance role, preferably within the hospitality sector.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial laundry and kitchen equipment.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing-related faults.
  • Understanding of preventive maintenance practices and safety procedures.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
