About the Role

International Maritime Industries is seeking a Marine Ops. Planning Division Head. This full-time role is responsible for the efficient utilization of marine assets and manpower. The successful candidate will plan, schedule, and record all marine activities based on data from the business plan and various production zones.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with stakeholders to gather and validate data related to vessel movement, project milestones, and marine asset requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and current records of marine operations and scheduling.
  • Prepare schedules for marine asset allocation and utilization to support operational and project needs.
  • Participate in daily coordination meetings to align marine asset and manpower deployment.
  • Mitigate scheduling conflicts and marine traffic risks to ensure safe and efficient operations.
  • Prepare and update a comprehensive Marine Operations dashboard.
  • Share the dashboard weekly with relevant parties and with IMI Senior Management as needed.
  • Provide drawings showing the exact position of vessels and rigs within the yard.
  • Maintain up-to-date logs of marine movements, weather conditions, and other data required for dashboard issuance.
  • Contribute to the review, update, and implementation of Marine Operation procedures, processes, checklists, and other operational documents.

Compliance and Workplace Standards

  • Ensure compliance with safety guidelines, regulations, quality, security, environmental, and safety standards relevant to the role.
  • Adhere to the 5S methodology (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) to maintain a high standard in the workplace.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Candidates should possess 9-12 years of relevant experience.
