Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing a portfolio of key clients across the Facility Management and Asset Management sectors.
• Act as a trusted point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Support the development and implementation of tailored solutions that meet client needs.
• Collaborate with the senior sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling IoT, caFM, iBMS, Energy Management, and Digital Twin solutions.
• Stay updated on trends and innovations in Facility Management, Asset Management, IoT, and related technologies.
• Monitor client performance and usage of solutions to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and solution customization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• 12 years of experience in sales, account management, or a similar client-facing role.
• Familiarity with IoT, caFM, iBMS, Energy Management, or Digital Twin solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.

RWS is seeking skilled Korean linguists to join our freelance database and establish a long-term working relationship. This role involves delivering high-quality translations for leading technology brands around the globe.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate in providing translation services primarily in the mechanical/electrical/electronics fields, though expertise in other areas of Intellectual Property is also welcomed.
- Maintain excellent communication with our team while delivering translations that meet the highest standards of quality.

Requirements:

• Native-level proficiency in English and Korean.
• A university degree in an engineering discipline and/or a degree in translation.
• A minimum of 2 years experience in patent translations.
• Experience with CAT tools and capable of offering MTPE (Trados Studio).
