About the Role

stc is seeking a National Roaming & FTTH Settlement Services Assistant Manager to oversee the financial settlement processes for national roaming and Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) services. This full-time role involves managing invoicing, resolving discrepancies, and identifying opportunities for cost reduction related to regulatory obligations. The successful candidate will ensure all duties are performed in strict adherence to stc's established business policies and procedures, bringing 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Role Overview

The Assistant Manager will be central to the financial operations of national roaming and FTTH services, focusing on accurate invoicing, timely collections, and strategic cost management. This includes ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies while coordinating with various internal and external stakeholders to maintain efficient and accurate settlement processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce invoices for all national roaming and FTTH services.
  • Negotiate and resolve any discrepancies identified in invoices.
  • Expedite collection processes related to national roaming and FTTH.
  • Work out net settlements with national roaming and FTTH partners.
  • Ensure the timely exchange of monthly traffic records in line with CITC recommendations.
  • Schedule payments for national roaming and FTTH services and coordinate processing with stc Finance.
  • Follow up on unpaid invoices, negotiate and resolve payment/collection discrepancies, and expedite payment and collection processes.
  • Prepare and finalize settlements for national roaming and FTTH services.

Compliance and Coordination

  • Coordinate with Wholesale Services Management to provide all necessary requirements for system enhancements aimed at improving processes and functionalities for national roaming and FTTH services.
  • Ensure continuous compliance with regulatory policies, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Oversee the successful monthly closing of financial wholesale data for release to the General Ledger (GL) through the Finance department.
  • In coordination with the sales and network teams, ensure that settlement and billing terms are consistently met.
  • Ensure alignment of all invoices with approved billing agreements.

Candidate Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 to 10 years of prior experience in roaming.
  • Preferably, experience gained within a large organization in the telecommunications industry.
  • Ideally, exposure to a telecommunication Wholesale environment.
