Your Role:
As a Regional Director, you will drive the sales process and work closely with sales executives and senior leadership. Your responsibilities include:
  • Coaching and mentoring the sales team.
  • Building a collaborative and performance-driven sales culture.
  • Executing strategic sales plans to exceed revenue goals.
  • Identifying gaps in sales processes and implementing solutions.
  • Recruiting top sales talent.

Candidate Requirements:
We are looking for candidates with:
  • Bachelor’s degree in technology or sales-related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise software sales.
  • 3+ years in the Energy, Power, Utilities, or Oil and Gas industry.
  • Proven leadership skills and a track record of sales success.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
