We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to manage our sales operations through effective collaboration with distributors and headquarters. This role involves:
- Managing the quotation process and closing sales.
- Assisting distributors with sell-out activities to key clients.
- Regular communication to coordinate market actions.
- Collecting and reporting market information.
- Setting sales targets and negotiating agreements.
- Building a strong network of regional KOLs.
- Providing timely support to clients.
- Documenting and reporting all activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Fluency in English and Arabic; other regional languages are a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in sales/marketing within the ophthalmic medical devices industry.
- Experience in distributor management in Northern Africa and the Middle East.
- Proficient in MS Office and sales forecasting/reporting.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% within the region.
