Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive first impression of our company.
- Provide clear and concise information about our products and services.
- Assist potential customers with inquiries, guiding them through the sales process and connecting them with the appropriate team members as needed.
- Record and update customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Schedule appointments and follow-up calls as required.
- Assist with routine sales reporting and data entry tasks.
- Work closely with the sales and customer support teams to ensure seamless communication and an outstanding customer experience.
Requirements:
- 12 years in sales, lead generation roles.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to articulate product benefits clearly and engage with a diverse clientele.
- Prior experience in customer service, sales support, or a similar role is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to manage customer inquiries effectively and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic proficiency in using CRM systems and office software (*, MS Office).
- A positive, enthusiastic, and team-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving sales strategies and processes.
