Senior Manager Construction Management

About the Role

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Senior Manager - Construction Management to lead the execution and delivery of large-scale construction projects. This full-time role involves ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards and project objectives. The Senior Manager will oversee contractors, consultants, and project teams throughout the construction lifecycle, focusing on operational excellence and effective stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all construction activities from mobilization through project completion and handover.
• Manage contractors, consultants, and site supervision teams to achieve project delivery objectives.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, resources, and construction performance.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, regulatory requirements, and health and safety policies.
• Oversee construction planning, sequencing, and execution strategies.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation measures to minimize impacts on cost, schedule, and quality.
• Review and manage contractor progress, change orders, claims, and commercial issues.
• Coordinate with design, project management, procurement, HSE, and operations teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Lead site meetings, progress reviews, and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Drive value engineering, constructability reviews, and productivity improvement initiatives.
• Ensure timely resolution of technical, construction, and interface issues.
• Prepare executive reports and provide regular updates to senior leadership.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
• A minimum of 12 years of experience in construction management, with significant experience in delivering large-scale infrastructure, residential, mixed-use, or major development projects.
• Proven track record managing contractors, consultants, and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, project controls, contract administration, and quality management.
• Experience working on complex master-planned developments, mega projects, or large infrastructure programs is highly preferred.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, CCM, PE, or equivalent are advantageous.
