Senior Manager Construction Management

About the Role

Qiddiya is seeking a Senior Manager, Construction Management to lead the execution and delivery of large-scale construction projects in Riyadh, Riyadh. This full-time position requires a professional with over 10 years of experience in construction management, focusing on ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.

Role Overview

The Senior Manager, Construction Management will oversee contractors, consultants, and project teams throughout the entire construction lifecycle. The role emphasizes driving operational excellence and effective stakeholder management to achieve project objectives and ensure seamless delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all construction activities from mobilization through project completion and handover.
• Manage contractors, consultants, and site supervision teams to achieve project delivery objectives.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, resources, and construction performance.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, regulatory requirements, and health and safety policies.
• Oversee construction planning, sequencing, and execution strategies.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation measures to minimize impacts on cost, schedule, and quality.
• Review and manage contractor progress, change orders, claims, and commercial issues.
• Coordinate with design, project management, procurement, HSE, and operations teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Lead site meetings, progress reviews, and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Drive value engineering, constructability reviews, and productivity improvement initiatives.
• Ensure timely resolution of technical, construction, and interface issues.
• Prepare executive reports and provide regular updates to senior leadership.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management, particularly with large-scale projects.
• Demonstrated ability to lead project teams and manage external contractors and consultants.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, project scheduling, budget management, and quality control.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Riyadh, focusing on the delivery of significant construction projects within Qiddiya.
