The Senior Therapist plays a vital role in supporting Spa functions and ensuring guests receive memorable and unique experiences. This full-time position involves delivering a range of Spa services while upholding the "Gold Standards" of The Ritz-Carlton, which guide daily operations and contribute to the brand's reputation as a global leader in luxury hospitality. The role requires 0-1 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Promoting Spa services and retail products.
• Scheduling reservations and confirming appointments for guests.
• Providing detailed information and answers regarding Spa services.
• Checking in guests upon their arrival.
• Processing payments accurately and efficiently.
• Delivering the "Gold Standards" of The Ritz-Carlton graciously and thoughtfully.
• Learning and exemplifying the Gold Standards, including the Employee Promise, Credo, and Service Values.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

The role requires adherence to company policies and procedures, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring a professional appearance and communication style. The work environment emphasizes creating a safe workplace.

• Standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods.
• Moving over sloping, uneven, or potentially slippery surfaces.
• Managing reservation software, which includes reading and visually verifying information.
• Moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance, and up to 25 pounds with assistance.
• Reaching overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
