Shift leader Saudi Only

About the Role

Luxury Collection is seeking a Shift Leader for a full-time position. This role is open to Saudi nationals only and involves overseeing maintenance operations and ensuring adherence to company standards and safety protocols. The Shift Leader will also contribute to team development and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and perform preventative maintenance on tools, appliances, and equipment, recommending replacements as needed.
• Calibrate controls, gauges, and meters, and identify and operate all shut-off valves.
• Order, mark, and stock parts and supplies, maintaining inventory and purchase order logs.
• Inspect tools, equipment, or machines and use computers for work-related information.
• Operate power lifts and complete life safety checklists, including fire-pump and generator run tests.
• Inspect fire sprinkler valves and alarm systems, and assist in developing disaster response protocols.
• Respond to and attend to guest repair requests promptly.
• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees.
• Ensure compliance with company, safety, and security policies; report maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; and complete required safety training and certifications.
• Maintain a clean and professional uniform and personal appearance, and ensure confidentiality of proprietary information.
• Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards, anticipate service needs, and assist individuals with disabilities.
• Develop positive working relationships, support team goals, and address employee concerns.
• Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards, and identify ways to increase organizational efficiency, productivity, quality, safety, and cost-savings.
• Communicate professionally and clearly with others.
• Perform physical tasks including visually inspecting equipment, reaching overhead and below knees, bending, twisting, pulling, stooping, lifting objects up to 50 pounds, grasping, turning, manipulating objects, standing, sitting, walking for extended periods, and moving up and down stairs or ramps.
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Education: A Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree is preferred.
• Related Work Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• License or Certification: None required.
