Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the engineering department.
- Receive and verify incoming engineering materials against purchase orders.
- Maintain inventory levels and conduct regular stock counts.
- Implement inventory control measures to minimize losses.
- Accurately record transactions using management software.
- Assist in the procurement activities and maintain workspace organization.
- Follow safety procedures to prevent injuries.
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive and systematic approach to tasks.
- Ability to work flexibly and handle pressures.
- Full knowledge of MS Office and procurement software.
