Associate Account Manager Medical Devices (Sales & Marketing)

About the Role

BMS International For Medical Devices is seeking to appoint three Associate Account Managers - Medical Devices (Sales & Marketing). These full-time positions are available in Riyadh, Jeddah, and Abha. Each role involves managing an existing portfolio of key hospital and distributor accounts within the assigned region across the Kingdom, focusing on growth and long-term relationship building.

Role Context

This is an account management position designed for professionals capable of expanding established accounts rather than engaging in cold-calling. The successful candidates will inherit a portfolio that includes live accounts, installed equipment, and an open pipeline, with a primary focus on strategic account growth and retention.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and expand a portfolio of key accounts within the assigned region.
• Cultivate long-term relationships with hospitals, private-sector stakeholders, and distributors.
• Lead the account strategy for the assigned portfolio.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals, and present specifications to biomedical engineering departments and hospital technical committees.
• Oversee tender and procurement submissions through to award.
• Sell the full product offering, including capital equipment, consumables, spare parts, and service, to drive repeat business and account growth.
• Convert single branch approvals into group framework pricing for multi-branch accounts.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with technical, purchasing, and regulatory teams.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience is required for this role.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and grow existing client accounts.
• Proven track record in sales and marketing within the medical devices sector.

Work Type and Location

These are full-time positions based in the cities of Riyadh, Jeddah, and Abha. Candidates will be assigned to one of these locations to manage accounts within that specific region.
