About the Account Manager Role

HungerStation is seeking a dedicated Account Manager to join our team in Abha, 'Asir. This full-time position is central to managing client relationships and driving business growth within the region. The role focuses on fostering strong partnerships and ensuring client satisfaction.

Role Overview

The Account Manager serves as the primary point of contact for all customer account management matters. This involves building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships, negotiating contracts, and closing agreements to maximize profits. The role is critical in developing trusted advisory relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
Develop trusted advisory relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
Forecast and track key account metrics (*, quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
Prepare reports on account status.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the assigned territory.
Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.

Operational and Professional Standards

Follow all relevant policies, procedures, and processes to ensure daily work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes, practices, work processes, cost effectiveness, and productivity enhancement.
Promote to other employees within the organization the implementation and adherence to policies, procedures, processes, and instructions.
Follow daily operations relating to the job to ensure work continuity.
Contribute to preparing timely and accurate reports that concern the line of work to meet requirements, objectives, and standards.
Ensure the satisfaction of both internal and external customers by addressing their needs in a courteous and timely manner.
