Project Manager

About the Role

HILL INTERNATIONAL is seeking a Project Manager to join their team in Abha. This full-time role involves overseeing the entire project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery within established parameters. The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating resources and managing stakeholder expectations to achieve project objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the development and implementation of project plans, schedules, budgets, and objectives.
• Monitor and control project progress and performance, reporting and escalating to management as needed.
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure flawless project execution, delivering projects on-time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Analyze project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring resource availability and allocation.
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and team members to ensure project objectives are met.
• Monitor project costs and ensure cost efficiency.
• Provide regular reports on project progress and performance.
• Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs.
• Ensure compliance with project safety and quality standards.
• Identify and resolve project issues, and create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members.

Compliance and Standards

The Project Manager must inform themselves of the relevant Quality, Environmental, Safety, and Occupational Health Policies, Manuals, and Procedures in place within HILL INTERNATIONAL. Continued compliance with these requirements is essential while employed by Hill.

Required Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in project management is required for this role.

Additional Duties

The Project Manager will also perform other duties as assigned by their line manager or supervisor, contributing to the overall success of projects and the organization.
