Project Manager Saudi Nationals

About the Role

Algihaz Holding is seeking a Project Manager to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is open to Saudi Nationals and requires a professional with extensive experience in project management, particularly within the electrical sector.

Role Overview

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing projects from inception to close-out, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. This role involves significant coordination with various internal and external stakeholders, focusing on the successful execution of electrical projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed project outlines in coordination with Tender & Technical Teams.
• Develop project budgets and detailed time schedules for project activities.
• Finalize purchase and service contracts in collaboration with the Supply Chain Team, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
• Understand AlGihaz’s standard terms and conditions and their impact on contracts.
• Manage critical path scheduling and ensure sufficient project float.
• Coordinate substation design with all related stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional project teams including contractors, suppliers, and other departments.
• Follow up on progress invoicing and control project progress against the time schedule.
• Report regularly on project status to management and other stakeholders.
• Identify potential project risks and ensure a valid Project Safety & Health plan is in place.
• Ensure the implementation of quality standards through the Quality Team for a safe work environment.
• Foster a positive safety culture, implement applicable HSE procedures, and ensure project compliance with company policies, legal obligations, and client requirements.
• Consider close-out activities and influences for early project completion.
• Perform overall quality control of work procedures (schedule, plans, personnel’s performance).

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
• Over 10 years of experience in project management.
• Solid project management skills with hands-on experience in electrical project management.
