Role Summary

The HVAC Technician performs essential technical activities focused on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Operating under direct supervision, this role is critical for maintaining system functionality, addressing service needs, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction through diligent execution of tasks and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute basic preventative maintenance procedures on various HVAC systems to ensure longevity and efficiency.
• Perform necessary repair activities for HVAC components, diagnosing issues and implementing solutions.
• Participate in the installation process of new HVAC equipment, ensuring proper setup and integration.
• Assist in the commissioning of HVAC systems, verifying operational readiness and performance.
• Conduct general servicing activities, including routine checks and adjustments.
• Maintain routine communications with customers to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure their satisfaction with services rendered.
• Collaborate effectively with the internal service team and external subcontractors to coordinate tasks and resolve technical challenges.

Experience and Qualifications

Candidates for this position are required to have 6 years of experience in a relevant technical field, ideally within HVAC services. This role is well-suited for individuals who are eager to apply foundational technical knowledge and develop practical skills under the guidance of experienced professionals.
