About the Role

The Luxury Collection is seeking a dedicated HVAC Technician to join their team in Ad Diriyah, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is responsible for the inspection, repair, and maintenance of various mechanical and electrical systems, ensuring optimal operational efficiency and guest comfort within the property.

Key Technical Responsibilities

• Inspect, repair, and maintain HVAC, air quality control, and refrigeration equipment.
• Conduct daily inspections and maintenance of the mechanical plant.
• Monitor and control property temperature, and analyze energy and utilities usage.
• Calibrate all controls, gauges, meters, and other relevant equipment.
• Assemble, install, test, repair, and maintain electrical systems and electronic wiring.
• Assemble, install, and maintain pipe assemblies, fittings, and valves.
• Perform routine maintenance for pools and spas.

Operational Standards and Professional Conduct

• Adhere to all company and safety and security policies and procedures, reporting any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries.
• Complete all required safety training and certifications.
• Maintain a clean and professional uniform and personal appearance.
• Protect company assets and maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information.
• Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards, anticipating and addressing service needs.
• Communicate professionally and clearly with guests and colleagues.
• Foster positive working relationships and respond appropriately to employee concerns.
• Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards, identifying and implementing improvements for efficiency, productivity, quality, safety, and cost-savings.
• Execute other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.

Required Experience

Candidates for this full-time HVAC Technician position should possess 3+ years of relevant experience in maintaining and repairing HVAC, refrigeration, and related mechanical systems.

Physical Demands of the Role

• Ability to reach overhead and below the knees.
• Capability to move in confined or elevated spaces.
• Navigate over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
• Ascend and descend stairs, service ramps, and ladders.
• Grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying size and weight.
• Assist with moving, lifting, carrying, and placing objects weighing in excess of 100 pounds.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance.
