SCAFFOLDING SALES & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

About the Role

Al Khair Scaffolding Company is seeking a Scaffolding Sales & Business Development Executive to expand its scaffolding rental business and identify new opportunities across Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is based in the Eastern Province, covering cities such as Al Jubail, Dammam, and Al Khobar.

Role Overview

The Executive will be responsible for driving sales and developing new client relationships within key industrial sectors. This involves promoting scaffolding rental services and achieving defined sales targets to contribute to the company's growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new clients and projects for scaffolding rental services.
• Develop business relationships with companies in the construction, oil & gas, petrochemical, and industrial sectors.
• Promote scaffolding rental services and generate new sales opportunities.
• Identify potential clients, contractors, and specific project requirements.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and negotiate commercial terms.
• Maintain strong relationships with both existing and potential clients.
• Demonstrate an understanding of scaffolding materials, applications, and rental requirements.
• Achieve established sales targets and contribute to the company's overall growth.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Proven experience in scaffolding sales, rental, or business development.
• Good technical knowledge of scaffolding materials and systems.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client acquisition skills.
• Existing contacts within Saudi Arabia's construction and industrial sectors are considered an advantage.
• Ability to identify new projects and convert opportunities into business.
• A valid Saudi driving license is preferred.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position focused on expanding business within Saudi Arabia, particularly in the Eastern Province cities of Al Jubail, Dammam, and Al Khobar.
