The Role of Sales Consultant

eXtra is seeking customer-focused and motivated individuals to join its store team as a Sales Consultant. This full-time position is based in Al Jubail, within the Eastern region, and is integral to supporting the store's sales and customer service objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and provide professional sales support.
• Assist customers in selecting products and services that best meet their specific needs.
• Achieve personal and store sales targets while contributing to overall store performance.
• Maintain product displays, ensure pricing accuracy, and uphold store presentation standards.
• Support inventory management activities, including stock replenishment and cycle counts.
• Participate in promotional campaigns and seasonal sales activities as required.
• Adhere to all company policies, operational procedures, and safety standards.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• High School diploma or equivalent is required; a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 0–2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service is essential for this role.

Essential Skills and Attributes

• Basic knowledge of computer systems and Point of Sale (POS) systems.
• Demonstrated passion for sales and providing excellent customer service.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and during peak seasons.
