About Tasnee and the Role

Tasnee (National Industrialization Co.) is seeking a Sr Planner IV, TAM planning, for a full-time position located in Al Jubail, KSA. This role is integral to the efficient execution of major Turnaround maintenance activities within the company's operations.

Role Overview

The Sr Planner IV, TAM planning, is responsible for the comprehensive planning and preparation of major Turnaround (TAM) maintenance activities. This involves managing the entire lifecycle from initial scope definition through to project closeout, ensuring meticulous organization and adherence to operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Extract TAM priority work orders from SAP, compile a Work List, and facilitate review with the TAM core group.
• Develop and approve the initial scope, managing and presenting any scope changes or additions.
• Collaborate with the Maintenance Supervisor to prepare detailed contractor scopes and initiate Purchase Requisitions (PRs).
• Create and route job packages for review and approval processes.
• Utilize Primavera to develop, monitor, and manage Pre-TAM and Execution schedules, including decommissioning and commissioning phases.
• Conduct schedule review meetings, finalize the schedule, and ensure its publication at least four months prior to execution.
• Incorporate additional jobs before baseline, issue look-ahead schedules, and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and overall progress.
• Monitor compliance of P–P duration and report any deviations on a monthly basis.
• Provide daily status reports, facilitate shift-based meetings, and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure proper closeout of TAM activities, including confirming Technical Completion (TECO), archiving feedback, and managing material returns.
• Arrange for the refurbishment of spare components and equipment.
• Schedule and facilitate TAM critique meetings post-commissioning, compiling all observations.
• Prepare the final TAM Closeout Report, detailing inspection results and major achievements.
• Comply with all company safety procedures and regulations.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the maintenance field.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Al Jubail, KSA, requiring dedicated on-site presence to manage critical turnaround planning activities.
