About the Role

LTM is seeking a Systems Administrator with O365 expertise to join our team in Al Jubail. This is a contract position requiring 5-10 years of experience. The role is critical for supporting business-as-usual operations, including SMTP server upgrades, vulnerability management, and patching, while ensuring Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for incident and service requests are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide essential O365 system administration for daily operations.
• Manage and execute SMTP server upgrades.
• Address system vulnerabilities and implement necessary patching.
• Ensure SLAs are met for incident response and service requests.
• Deliver services in accordance with contractual terms.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher diploma.
• A minimum of 4 to 10 years of relevant experience.

Role Context

This position is central to maintaining the stability and security of the organization's O365 environment. The Systems Administrator will be responsible for proactive system maintenance, troubleshooting, and ensuring the continuous availability of critical services. Work Arrangement
