About the Role

FNRCO is seeking an Administrator to provide essential administrative and office support for the Villa Compound Project in Al Jubail, Eastern region. This full-time position is crucial for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the project site.

Role Overview

The Administrator will be responsible for assisting with documentation, reporting, coordination, and various general office activities. This role supports project staff and contributes to the efficient functioning of the project environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain project files, records, and documents.
Prepare correspondence, reports, and meeting minutes.
Coordinate office activities and provide support to project staff.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitor inquiries.
Track office supplies and arrange procurement requests.
Assist with timesheets, attendance records, and administrative reports.
Schedule meetings and maintain calendars.
Ensure proper filing and document control procedures are followed.
Support HR and logistics activities as required.

Qualifications and Experience

Experience required: 0-1 years in an administrative support role.
