We are seeking a Construction Insulation & Painting Supervisor to join our team in Al Jubail, Saudi Arabia, for a contract-based role within a long-term development path.

Role Summary

The Construction Insulation & Painting Supervisor (IPS) is responsible for directing subcontractor activities related to painting, ensuring that all plant construction works adhere to erection schedules, project documents, and assigned cost budgets. This role also ensures compliance with Quality & Safety procedures and the terms and conditions of subcontracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Review the supplier's material and technical documentation delivery schedule prior to work commencement, ensuring alignment with construction schedules and contractual commitments.
• Monitor adherence to the delivery schedule and initiate actions to recover any delays.
• Verify the adequacy of equipment and manpower utilized by subcontractors and confirm that works conform to design documents, safety regulations, and specified quality levels.
• Prepare and coordinate the resolution of non-conformity registers for each subcontractor.
• Identify design errors and, where possible, rectify them or request necessary changes from the Site Engineer.
• Approve subcontractors' work progress status sheets.
• Manage vendor specialists.
• Support the Contract Engineer in defining new prices, preparing subcontract amendments, and analyzing claims.
