About the Role

TXM Solutions is seeking a Cost Controller Mechanical to join our client's team in Al Jubail, Eastern Region. This full-time role supports an established industrial services contractor specializing in onshore plant maintenance, shutdowns, and turnaround projects for major oil and gas, petrochemical, and refinery facilities across Saudi Arabia.

Company Overview

Our client is a leading industrial services contractor with a focus on maintaining static equipment such as heat exchangers, columns, reactors, vessels, and tanks. They provide critical support to major industrial operations throughout Saudi Arabia, ensuring efficient and reliable plant performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor project budgets, forecasts, and actual expenditure.
• Track manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractor costs.
• Prepare regular cost reports and variance analyses.
• Verify timesheets, invoices, and equipment utilization.
• Monitor scope changes, additional work, and variation costs.
• Coordinate with Planning, Mechanical, Procurement, Finance, and Project teams.
• Support project cost reconciliation and close-out reporting.

Candidate Requirements

• Willingness to work at onshore project sites.
• Ability to work within demanding shutdown schedules, typically lasting around 45 days.

Work Environment

This role involves working on onshore project sites, often under tight shutdown and turnaround schedules. The position is based in Al Jubail, Eastern Region, Saudi Arabia.
