About the Opportunity

TASNEE is seeking a Process Engineer III to join its team in Jubail, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is focused on the overall monitoring and enhancement of various plant operations, requiring a professional with 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Role Purpose

The Process Engineer III provides critical technical inputs and support to plant operations. This involves evaluating processes, proposing design changes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure maximum output levels and efficient operation of the facility. The role is integral to process optimization and the successful implementation of new projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical inputs and support for plant operations, including the preparation of various Heat & Material balance scenarios.
• Evaluate plant processes and proposed design changes, taking into account environmental and economic aspects.
• Work closely with process chemists and control engineers to ensure the plant is configured for maximum output and efficient operation.
• Set up scale-up and scale-down processes, including appropriate changes to equipment design and configuration.
• Evaluate the design, installation, and commissioning of new projects, encompassing monitoring developments and troubleshooting.
• Perform process simulations, developing and testing models to assess options for plant expansion or reconfiguration.
• Conduct risk assessments, manage cost and time constraints, and provide process documentation and operating instructions.
• Develop best practices, routines, and innovative solutions to improve production rates and the quality of output.
• Optimize production by analyzing processes, troubleshoot problems with manufacturing processes, and evaluate equipment and processes for compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Propose improved manufacturing processes and apply new technologies.

Required Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in process engineering or a related industrial field.
• Demonstrated capability in plant operations monitoring, process evaluation, and optimization.
• Experience with process simulations, project commissioning, and troubleshooting.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position located in Jubail, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia, within a dynamic industrial setting.
