About TASNEE and the Role

TASNEE is seeking a Process Engineer III to join its team in Al Jubail. This is a full-time position focused on optimizing and enhancing plant operations within the facility. The role involves contributing to the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes and ensuring operational efficiency.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to oversee and improve various plant operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and optimal output. The Process Engineer III provides critical technical support and expertise to plant operations, playing a key part in process evaluation and enhancement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical inputs and support to plant operations, including preparing various Heat & Material balance scenarios.
• Evaluate plant processes and proposed design changes, considering environmental and economic aspects.
• Collaborate closely with process chemists and control engineers to ensure the plant is configured for maximum output levels and efficient operation.
• Set up scale-up and scale-down processes, incorporating appropriate changes to equipment design and configuration.
• Evaluate the design, installation, and commissioning of new projects, including monitoring developments and troubleshooting.
• Perform process simulations, assessing options for plant expansion or reconfiguration by developing and testing process simulation models.
• Conduct risk assessments, manage cost and time constraints, provide process documentation and operating instructions, and develop best practices, routines, and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of output.
• Optimize production through process analysis; troubleshoot manufacturing process problems, evaluate equipment and processes for compliance with safety and environmental regulations, propose improved manufacturing processes, and apply new technologies.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this full-time role should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in process engineering, ideally within a plant operations or manufacturing environment.

This position is based in Al Jubail and requires a proactive approach to monitoring and enhancing plant operations. The role involves collaboration with various technical teams to ensure operational excellence.
