About the Opportunity

Abdullah A. Al-Barrak & Son Co. (ABIS) is seeking a proactive Fleet Coordinator - Site to join their team in Al Jubail, Eastern Province. This full-time position is critical for managing and overseeing the daily operations of the company’s vehicle fleet directly at project sites, ensuring efficiency and adherence to operational standards.

Role Summary

The Fleet Coordinator - Site will manage the company's vehicle fleet operations within project site environments. This involves coordinating vehicle allocation, ensuring timely maintenance, and monitoring driver performance to support operational needs effectively. The role focuses on optimizing fleet utilization while upholding safety and regulatory standards, working closely with site management.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule the deployment of fleet vehicles to meet specific project and operational requirements.
• Monitor and ensure timely maintenance and servicing of all fleet vehicles.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance schedules, and inspection outcomes.
• Manage driver assignments, monitor driver performance, and ensure strict adherence to established safety protocols.
• Coordinate with external suppliers and service providers for all fleet-related needs, including parts and repairs.
• Ensure full compliance with company policies, relevant safety regulations, and applicable transportation laws.
• Generate regular reports detailing fleet operations and performance metrics for management review.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of experience in a relevant field. A valid driving license is considered an advantage for this position.
