Abdullah A. Al-Barrak & Son Co. (ABIS) is seeking a dedicated IT Technician to join our team in Al Jubail, Eastern Province. This full-time role is essential for maintaining the integrity and efficiency of our IT infrastructure and supporting our users.

The Role of IT Technician

The IT Technician will be responsible for providing comprehensive technical support and ensuring the seamless operation of IT systems within the organization. This position involves proactive troubleshooting of hardware and software issues, diligent maintenance of network systems, and direct assistance to users with their technical problems. We are looking for an individual who demonstrates strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to work effectively both independently and as a collaborative team member.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and network systems.
• Provide technical support to end users for a range of hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Perform routine maintenance and updates on IT systems to ensure optimal and reliable performance.
• Diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently and in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of IT assets, inventory, and all support activities.
• Assist in the setup and ongoing support of new equipment and various IT infrastructure projects.
• Collaborate with team members to continuously improve IT systems and processes.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience or demonstrated knowledge in computer hardware, software, and networking principles.
