About the Role

Amazon Saudi Arabia (ex-Souq) is establishing a new organization focused on designing and launching new business models across AMET. The company is seeking an Operations Executive to join the Ultra Fast Grocery (UFG) operations team in Al Jubail. This full-time role involves redefining fast delivery services and managing third-party store operations.

Role Context and Objectives

The Operations Executive will play a key role in building and running new services for customers, specifically within UFG Under the Roof (UTR) operations in KSA. This position requires a strong record of achieving results and ensuring Amazon policies, including attendance tracking, are implemented and administered consistently. The role focuses on motivating, coaching, reporting, and providing feedback on associate performance to meet or exceed Amazon's expectations regarding productivity, quality, and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing daily end-to-end UTR operations for one large site or a combination of smaller sites, including supervising store operations.
• Meeting customer-facing metrics while maintaining operational and quality targets, and upholding team safety and morale.
• Driving performance management for team members.
• Preparing and implementing training and development plans for pickers.
• Collaborating with merchant stakeholders to continuously improve operational processes and achieve sustained performance improvement.
• Conducting daily 4M / 5S and Safety GEMBA audits for stores.
• Acting as a stand-in for the Area Manager when required.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess prior experience in operations, demonstrating a strong track record of achieving results in a similar capacity. The role requires an individual capable of managing operational teams and driving performance in a dynamic environment.

This full-time position is based in Al Jubail, Saudi Arabia, within Amazon's Ultra Fast Grocery operations. The role involves working within a newly formed organization focused on innovation and rapid delivery services.
