We are currently seeking a skilled Rigger II to join our team in Al Jubail, located in the Eastern region. This full-time position is crucial for ensuring the safe and efficient execution of lifting operations within our projects.

Role Overview

The Rigger II is responsible for performing rigging and lifting tasks in accordance with established safety protocols and operational plans. This role requires a professional who can effectively manage load movements, communicate clearly with crane operators, and maintain a secure working environment at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Attach lifting gear, including slings, shackles, and hooks, correctly and securely.
• Provide clear and safe hand or radio signals to crane operators.
• Monitor load movement continuously for any signs of instability.
• Guide loads precisely during lifting, swinging, and positioning to prevent collisions or tipping.
• Strictly follow all established lifting plans, method statements, and toolbox talks.
• Immediately stop operations if any unsafe conditions arise.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience as a Rigger.
• Demonstrated ability to perform all rigging responsibilities safely and efficiently.

Essential Knowledge and Skills

• Thorough awareness of HSE rules and policies, specifically those applicable to SATORP.
• Proper knowledge of plant hazardous materials and their safe handling.
• Proficiency in the use and application of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Work Environment and Location
