About the Role

ArcelorMittal Tubular Products Al-Jubail is seeking a Specialist Infrastructure (Network Admin.) to join our team in Al Jubail, Eastern Region. This full-time role is central to the design, implementation, and maintenance of our network infrastructure. The Specialist will be responsible for developing high-level and low-level network designs, implementation plans, migration plans, and testing plans for new projects, while also evaluating and proposing improvements for existing network architectures.

Core Network Responsibilities

• Support all Long Products Networks, primarily based on Cisco devices.
• Adapt LAN/WLAN/Routing configurations to align with evolving business requirements.
• Manage and maintain Cisco Call Manager and wireless controller systems.
• Maintain IP telephony and IP conferencing systems.
• Provide new design suggestions to address complex business challenges.
• Deliver solutions for Service requests, ensuring adherence to approved designs.
• Manage network deployment projects, including cabling, ordering, and installation.
• Utilize the latest available network technology to enhance infrastructure capabilities.

Network Security Management

• Maintain and improve security devices, specifically Cisco ASA/Firepower and Cisco ISE.
• Implement and maintain Operational Technology (OT) security devices based on Fortinet solutions.
• Manage site-to-site VPN connections and IPsec VPNs using Checkpoint and F5 Big IP APM.
• Address and resolve Network security incidents promptly.
• Monitor the network proactively to detect issues early and implement preventive maintenance measures.
• Secure network systems by continuously monitoring access and enforcing established policies.

Collaboration and Operational Support

• Oversee the work of 3rd party contractors within Industrial areas.
• Support the Wintel and End-User computing teams in addressing and resolving incidents.
• Ensure strict adherence to ITIL processes, including incident, problem, change, and CMDB management.
• Provide 24/7 support through an on-call duty rotation.

Required Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 2 to 5 years of experience in infrastructure and network administration, with a strong focus on the technologies and responsibilities outlined above.
