About the Role

Maras Real Estate is seeking a Real Estate Marketer to join its team in Al Khobar. This full-time role involves contributing to the marketing of real estate projects and achieving sales targets by building strong client relationships and understanding their needs. The position is based in Al Khobar, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

Market and sell real estate units and projects.
Communicate with clients, understand their needs, and present suitable options.
Follow up with potential clients and convert them into sales opportunities.
Build strong and sustainable relationships with clients.
Monitor sales and continuously update client data.
Achieve specified sales targets.
Monitor the market, competitive projects, and pricing.
Coordinate with the marketing and sales team to ensure a positive client experience.

Qualifications and Requirements

Experience in real estate sales or marketing is an advantage.
Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Social and proactive personality, capable of working under pressure.
Ability to work effectively within a team and achieve objectives.
Good knowledge of the real estate market in the Eastern Province is an advantage.
5-10 years of experience is required for this role.

Work Environment

This is an office-based, full-time position located in Al Khobar. The role requires on-site presence to effectively collaborate with the team and engage with clients.
