Role Overview

Front End Limited Company is seeking a Bidding & Estimation Manager to lead strategic proposals and commercial estimation. This full-time role, based in Al Khobar, Eastern, is central to the company's growth, strategy, and major project acquisitions across Saudi Arabia and the wider region. The manager will be responsible for securing significant opportunities in energy, offshore, and industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of bids and commercial estimations for major projects in Oil & Gas, Offshore & Marine Services, Vessel Operations & Chartering, Industrial & Infrastructure, Energy & Utilities, and AI-driven solutions.
• Manage the end-to-end bidding process, from opportunity qualification to final submission.
• Develop commercial and technical proposals, building winning strategies for clients such as Saudi Aramco, EPCs, utilities, offshore operators, and government entities.
• Coordinate proposal development across engineering, operations, finance, supply chain, and business development teams.
• Develop accurate and competitive cost estimates and pricing models for offshore vessel chartering, marine operations, oil & gas services, industrial solutions, logistics, mobilization, manpower, and offshore crews.
• Analyze project risks, margins, and commercial exposure to ensure profitability and competitiveness.
• Prepare commercial models specifically for crew boats, offshore support vessels, marine logistics, offshore maintenance operations, and port/vessel-related services.
• Collaborate with marine operations and technical teams to ensure realistic pricing and delivery capabilities, understanding operational realities, downtime risks, mobilization, and compliance.
• Support strategic client positioning and pre-tender engagement, participating in clarification meetings, negotiations, and commercial discussions.
• Build relationships with vendors, subcontractors, OEMs, and partners, while monitoring market trends, pricing benchmarks, and competitor positioning.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in bidding, estimation, tendering, or commercial management.
• Strong background in Energy / Oil & Gas, Offshore & Marine, and EPC or industrial projects.
• Experience with Saudi Aramco, SABIC, or major international and regional EPCs is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen and an analytical mindset.
• Proven experience in preparing complex technical and commercial proposals.
• Ability to manage multiple high-pressure deadlines simultaneously.
• Understanding of offshore operations, vessel commercial structures, and industrial project costing.
• Proficiency in Excel and estimation modeling.
