Role Overview

SITN is seeking a Digital Marketing Generalist to join its team in Al Khobar, Eastern region. This full-time role is responsible for strengthening SITN's digital presence, supporting brand growth for SITN digital brands, generating qualified leads, and managing marketing activities across multiple digital channels. The position requires a hands-on marketer with strong experience in Social Media Marketing, SEO, lead generation, digital advertising, content creation, and brand management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to support SITN's business and growth objectives.
• Manage SITN's presence across Meta (Facebook and Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, and Google Ads.
• Plan, create, schedule, and manage engaging content and campaigns across digital platforms.
• Build and maintain a consistent monthly pipeline of qualified leads for the Sales team.
• Work closely with Sales to monitor lead quality, campaign performance, and conversion opportunities.
• Manage and support SEO activities, including keyword research, website optimization, content improvements, and organic traffic growth.
• Create professional marketing materials and digital content using relevant design tools.
• Ensure SITN and its products are presented consistently and professionally across all digital channels.
• Coordinate with external marketing vendors, agencies, designers, and media partners.
• Assist in media buying, including campaign planning, audience targeting, budget coordination, and performance monitoring.
• Support paid advertising campaigns and optimize them based on performance.
• Track marketing KPIs and prepare regular reports on leads, engagement, traffic, and campaign results.
• Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and new growth opportunities.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, or a similar role.
• Proven experience in Social Media Marketing (SMM) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
• Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Snapchat marketing platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to generate and maintain a healthy monthly lead pipeline for a Sales team.
• Experience supporting digital advertising and media buying.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of brand positioning and the ability to present a brand in a professional and engaging manner.
• Experience working with and coordinating external marketing vendors and agencies.
• Good understanding of digital marketing analytics, campaign reporting, and performance optimization.
• Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities independently.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Experience in B2B marketing and lead generation.
• Experience marketing technology, software, SaaS, ERP, or enterprise solutions.
• Experience working in the Saudi Arabian market.
