Female Gymnastics Coach

About the Role

Pulse Fit is seeking an experienced Female Gymnastics Coach to join its team in Al Khobar, Eastern Region. This full-time role involves delivering structured gymnastics sessions for children and girls, tailored to their age, skill level, and individual abilities. The coach will ensure sessions are safe and support participant development.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver gymnastics sessions that include warm-ups, physical preparation, progressive skill development, and performance assessment.
• Teach beginners and develop flexibility, balance, coordination, strength, and body control, providing clear technical feedback.
• Assess participants before grouping them, set realistic development goals, and maintain progress records.
• Inspect training areas and equipment, supervise participants closely, and use appropriate spotting techniques within qualifications and experience.
• Introduce advanced skills only when participants are technically and physically ready, and when appropriate equipment and supervision are available.
• Create a supportive learning environment for children and communicate professionally with parents and management regarding progress, behavior, and concerns.
• Support assessments, demonstrations, and sports events in line with the organization's program.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Demonstrated hands-on gymnastics coaching experience, particularly with children and girls.
• Ability to explain and correct skills safely.
• Ability to manage groups with different skill levels.
• Experience in preparing session plans and monitoring individual development.
• Patience, reliability, and a commitment to teamwork.
• Professional communication skills with children and parents.
• Availability to work on-site in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia, according to the agreed schedule.
• Minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience.
