About the Role

Arabian Drilling Co. is seeking an IT Business Solutions Supervisor (Talent Pool) to join its Information Technology (IT) department in Al Khobar. Role Summary

The IT Business Solutions Supervisor will lead and manage a team of IT professionals. This role involves overseeing the analysis, design, implementation, and ongoing support of business-driven IT solutions. It is suited for a seasoned IT professional who possesses strong technical expertise, business acumen, and proven leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis and solution design efforts.
• Manage IT projects from initiation through to completion and implementation.
• Oversee change management processes and strategies to ensure user adoption.
• Provide leadership and management to the IT team.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 7-8 years of relevant experience and demonstrate the following:

• Strong understanding of business process analysis and IT solution design methodologies.
• Experience in leading and managing IT projects from concept to completion.
• Proven ability to bridge the gap between business and IT stakeholders effectively.
• Experience in change management and user adoption strategies.
• Familiarity with various IT solution development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
