About Eyewa

Eyewa is a leading omnichannel eyewear company in the MENA region, operating across the GCC with a growing network of retail stores and an e-commerce platform. As the company expands its presence in Saudi Arabia, it is seeking a Leasing Coordinator to manage its retail store portfolio.

The Role of Leasing Coordinator

The Leasing Coordinator will support Eyewa’s leasing activities across Saudi Arabia. This full-time role, based in Al Khobar, Eastern region, focuses on lease administration, payment tracking, landlord coordination, documentation, and financial follow-up for the retail portfolio. The coordinator will work with the Leasing, Finance, Legal, and Retail teams to ensure lease obligations, payments, renewals, and documentation are managed accurately and on time. This position is suitable for individuals with 2-5 years of experience, particularly those with a background in Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Collections, or Finance coordination, looking to transition into retail real estate and leasing.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate records for Eyewa’s leases across Saudi Arabia, including rental amounts, payment schedules, expiry dates, renewals, and contractual obligations.
Track upcoming rental, service charge, and other lease-related payments, coordinating with Finance to ensure timely processing.
Follow up on outstanding payments, invoices, receipts, and supporting documentation with landlords and internal teams.
Reconcile lease-related payments and identify any discrepancies or outstanding balances.
Support the Leasing team with the preparation, review, and administration of lease agreements, renewals, amendments, and related documentation.
Coordinate with landlords, mall operators, property managers, and developers on administrative and financial matters.
Maintain leasing trackers, databases, and filing systems, ensuring information is complete and up to date.
Monitor lease expiry dates, renewal timelines, and key contractual milestones.
Support the processing of new leases and store openings by ensuring required documentation and approvals are completed.
Assist with purchase orders, invoices, payment requests, and internal approval processes related to the store portfolio.
Prepare regular leasing and payment reports for internal stakeholders.
Work closely with Finance, Legal, Retail, Expansion, and Projects teams to resolve lease-related issues.
Support the wider Leasing team with ad hoc analysis, reporting, and coordination as required.

Qualifications and Experience

2-5 years of relevant professional experience.
Background in Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Collections, or Finance coordination is beneficial.
Demonstrated attention to detail and commercial awareness.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Al Khobar, Eastern region. The role involves close collaboration with various internal teams including Leasing, Finance, Legal, and Retail.
