About the Role

KBR Saudi Arabia is seeking a Manager, HSE to lead Health, Safety, and Environment initiatives and personnel. This full-time position is based in Al Khobar, Eastern Region, and involves coordinating the delivery of HSE products and services to operations and shared services personnel, supporting business acquisition and execution.

Role Overview

The Manager, HSE is accountable for the performance and results of a related discipline or sub-group within a function. This role involves leading and directing team members to achieve functional objectives and participating in the development of functional strategy. The position may also be responsible for global processes and procedures, operating under general direction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and lead Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) initiatives and personnel.
• Coordinate the delivery of HSE products and services to operations and shared services personnel.
• Support business acquisition and execution through effective HSE management.
• Interface and negotiate with regulatory bodies, clients, and subcontractors.
• Execute processes directly impacting training, report writing, quality control, plan development, and implementation.
• Incorporate health standards directed by regulatory agencies to prevent hazards and diseases from work sites.

Qualifications and Experience

• Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and direct teams to achieve functional objectives.
• Experience in developing functional strategy and managing global processes and procedures is beneficial.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Al Khobar, Eastern Region, Saudi Arabia, within KBR Saudi Arabia. The role requires active engagement with various stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, clients, and subcontractors.
