About the Role

Ora Holding is seeking an experienced Marketing & Business Development Executive specializing in Environmental Consulting. This full-time position is based in Al Khobar, Eastern Region, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving business growth by identifying and securing new opportunities within the Saudi environmental consulting market.

Role Purpose and Market Focus

This role is central to expanding Ora Holding's presence and securing new contracts across Saudi Arabia. It requires a strong background in the Saudi environmental consulting market to effectively develop new business opportunities, build strategic client relationships, and identify key environmental projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and pursue new business opportunities within the Saudi environmental consulting market.
• Build and maintain relationships with key government, semi-government, industrial, infrastructure, and development entities.
• Identify and follow up on environmental projects, tenders, RFPs, and RFQs.
• Develop opportunities with major clients and support registration and prequalification activities.
• Coordinate with technical teams for proposal preparation and submission.
• Support commercial negotiations and contract development processes.
• Maintain an updated pipeline of clients, projects, tenders, and business opportunities.
• Promote the company's environmental consulting services and support business expansion across Saudi Arabia.
• Monitor Saudi environmental regulations and NCEC requirements relevant to business opportunities.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in marketing and business development.
• Demonstrated strong background in the Saudi environmental consulting market.
• Proven ability to develop new business opportunities and build strategic client relationships.
• Experience in identifying and tracking environmental projects, tenders, RFPs, and RFQs.
