Role Overview

Mo Cafè is seeking an Operations Manager for a full-time, on-site position based in Al Khobar, Eastern region. This role is central to leading both front-of-house and back-of-house teams, supervising all managers and employees, and ensuring the consistent maintenance of high operational standards across the establishment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
• Supervise managers and employees, fostering a culture of accountability and discipline.
• Maintain and elevate operational standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and implement effective cost control measures.
• Manage relationships with vendors to ensure efficient supply chains.
• Ensure strict compliance with all food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Develop, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Establish and oversee quality control systems.
• Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous improvement in operational performance.
• Coach and develop managers and employees.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate for this position is a confident leader with a proven track record of successfully managing one or multiple restaurant branches. They must demonstrate the ability to effectively supervise large teams, build efficient operational systems, and consistently deliver an outstanding guest experience. The role requires an individual who can perform effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Experience and Qualifications

• A minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience in operations management.
• Previous experience with hospitality chains or high-volume operations is highly preferred.
