About the Role

Sutherland is seeking an experienced Payroll Architect to join our team in Al Khobar, Eastern Region. This full-time role focuses on supporting HR transformation and payroll solutions, leveraging strong expertise across Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, and Core HR. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Role Overview

The Payroll Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing payroll solutions that align with business and HR requirements. This position involves providing functional expertise, analyzing existing processes, and collaborating with various teams to deliver effective solutions while ensuring compliance with Saudi Arabian regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect payroll solutions in alignment with business and HR requirements.
• Provide functional expertise across Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, and Core HR.
• Analyze payroll processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with HR, business, and technical teams to deliver effective solutions.
• Support payroll integrations, testing, implementation, and issue resolution.
• Ensure payroll processes comply with relevant Saudi Arabia regulations and statutory requirements.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Strong experience in Payroll Architecture or Payroll Consulting.
• Hands-on expertise in Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, and Core HR.
• Experience with HRIS/ERP payroll solutions and integrations.
• Strong understanding of payroll processes and Saudi payroll requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Al Khobar.

Experience Required

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of experience in a relevant payroll or HR solutions role.
