About the Role

GE Vernova is seeking a Project Manager Control Solutions to join their team in Al Khobar, Eastern region. This full-time role involves planning and executing a portfolio of control projects, leading cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and high customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in a relevant field.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary customer contact throughout the project lifecycle, managing requirements, contracts, and resolving specification issues. This includes providing updates, coordinating with Sales, negotiating scope changes, arranging customer-witnessed tests, and coordinating field service activities.
• Manage a multi-project portfolio (approximately 10 projects simultaneously) from purchase order receipt through commissioning and project close-out.
• Oversee and report on all financial aspects of projects, including budgets, costs, margin, invoicing, and receivable collection.
• Develop and maintain project schedules through cross-functional collaboration, monitoring control points, and ensuring timely completion of critical milestones.
• Utilize existing and future Project Management tools, processes, and QMS procedures to execute projects efficiently and maintain high quality standards.
• Facilitate project review meetings, risk reviews, management plans, pre-mortem discussions, and project close-out meetings.
• Provide daily engagement, leadership, and direction to project team functions to align on goals and priorities for project success.
• Implement continuous improvement for processes impacting the organization by developing and suggesting enhancements while maintaining productivity and efficiency.
• Ensure accountability for project progress updates to key stakeholders, including timely identification and communication of project risks and opportunities to management teams.

Required Skills and Experience

• Strong capability in influencing decision-making and problem-solving within a cross-functional organization, fostering an inclusive culture and win-win solutions.
• Solid background and knowledge of turbine and generator control technologies.
• Expertise in engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain processes.
