Position Summary

Johnson Controls Arabia is seeking a dedicated Project Manager to join our team in Al Khobar. This full-time role involves leading and supervising the execution of small projects, ensuring their effective and timely delivery in accordance with established procedures.

Role Overview

As the primary on-site project leader, the Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing project execution from initiation to completion. This position requires adherence to standardized project management procedures and a commitment to delivering results that significantly impact operational areas within the context of a wider operational scope.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the execution of small projects, serving as the primary on-site project leader.
• Ensure strict adherence to standardized project management procedures throughout the project lifecycle.
• Utilize standard tracking tools to accurately report project progress to relevant stakeholders.
• Evaluate project costs and progress against established budgets and plans.
• Set clear operational objectives and deliver results that contribute significantly within a broader operational context.
• Employ influence to gain agreement from both internal and external parties on new concepts, practices, and approaches.
• Adapt or enhance existing methods to improve quality or value as part of daily activities.
• Address and resolve problems that may be vaguely defined, requiring a comprehensive understanding and consideration of various job areas.

Required Qualifications

• A University Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• A Bachelor's Degree is required.
• Advanced knowledge and skills within a specific discipline, integrating theoretical principles with organizational practices.

Experience and Competencies

Candidates should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in project management. This role is for an individual contributor with no direct responsibility for leading other personnel. The application of knowledge for this position is primarily domestic, limited to locations within the country or neighboring countries with similar cultural contexts.
